DOULA PARTNER PROGRAM – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Doula Partner Program (“Program”) offered by Little Bear Lactation, owned and operated by Jaimie Zaki, IBCLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing access codes through this Program, you (“Doula,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

As a participant in the Doula Partner Program, you may purchase course access codes to distribute to your clients. These codes grant your clients access to specific digital courses and optional membership in the Confident MamaBear Society (CMBS).

You are responsible for distributing codes to your clients. Codes must be used within 12 months of purchase. Once redeemed, clients receive lifetime access to the course(s).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Doulas purchase access codes at a discounted wholesale rate.

  • CMBS membership access can be added per client on a per-code basis at checkout.

  • Payment is due in full at time of purchase via our designated checkout system.

3. Order Fulfillment

Upon successful purchase:

  • You will receive an automated email with a link to a Google Form to submit your business name and branding details.

  • Customized access certificates will be delivered via email within 4–5 business days of form submission.

4. Refunds and Expiration Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for unused or expired codes.

  • Access codes expire 12 months after purchase and cannot be reissued, replaced, or extended.

  • Clients who redeem their access code within the valid timeframe will retain lifetime access to the course materials.

5. License & Use Restrictions

  • Codes are for distribution to your direct clients only and may not be sold or shared publicly.

  • Reselling access codes at above the retail price of the course is strictly prohibited.

  • Course content remains the intellectual property of Little Bear Lactation and may not be copied, distributed, or modified.

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Delivering the access codes to your clients

  • Ensuring clients understand how to redeem their access

  • Communicating clearly that course access is provided by Little Bear Lactation

We are not responsible for client support outside of the course platform.

7. Branding & Co-Messaging

Your business name and logo may be added to access certificates where possible. Any additional customization or co-branded marketing must be approved in writing.

8. Termination & Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke Program access or code functionality without refund if you violate these terms, misuse branding, or act in bad faith.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
